Governance
Uganda Road Fund is governed by a seven-member board that constitutes representatives from Government and Private Sector. These include Ministry of Finance Planning and Economic Development, Ministry of Works and Transport, Freight Forwarders Association, Uganda Transporters Association, Institute of Public Certified Accountants of Uganda and Uganda Institute of Professional Engineers.
